Ken is a business litigator with extensive experience in commercial, intellectual property and bankruptcy-related disputes. He appears in federal and state trial and appellate courts and in commercial arbitrations.
Ken previously worked in the New York City office of an Am Law 100 firm, where he represented financial institutions, professional services firms and publicly-held companies in securities litigation and shareholder class actions, and at major national law firms in Hartford, Connecticut and Cleveland, Ohio, where he also litigated significant commercial disputes.
Ken served as a law clerk to the Honorable Vanessa L. Bryant of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut from 2013 to 2015.
During law school Ken was an executive articles editor on the New York University Annual Survey of American Law and a teaching assistant for the first-year legal writing course known at NYU Law as the “Lawyering Program.”
