Michael Hamed represents individuals and businesses in complex civil and white-collar criminal litigation, in federal and state courts, at trial and on appeal. He has substantial experience in a wide range of civil and criminal matters, including contractual disputes, professional malpractice claims, intellectual property, fraud, public corruption, and tax disputes. He has also represented clients in numerous civil and criminal investigations and disputes that did not result in litigation.
Prior to Kushner, Hamed & Grostic Co., LPA, Michael practiced at Messerman & Messerman, where he also represented individuals and businesses in complex civil and white-collar criminal litigation. He has served on the Executive Committee of the William K. Thomas Inn of Court, where he is a Master of the Bench.
