Brandon Mordue is a litigator with particular experience in class actions, governmental and internal investigations, and complex commercial disputes relating to corporate governance, the duties of directors and officers, and challenges to major business transactions.
Before joining Kushner & Hamed, Brandon practiced at a large international law firm, where he represented individuals and businesses in a variety of complex disputes and investigations.
Brandon also clerked for a Vice Chancellor on the Delaware Court of Chancery, the nation’s leading business court.
At Harvard Law School, he was Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. He has written about litigation and corporate governance issues for several law reviews.
